Applications
Cooperative training
The essence of our Cooperative training program is to have students spend their work practice time with the company, while allowing them time for their studies as well. Training takes place with the consent and under the supervision of the given university.
Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions has developed partnerships with several universities and colleges, thus IT students can acquire experience throughout their years studying in higher education. This means that having graduated, they enter the job market with professional work experience.
When are applications accepted?
Courses lasting one or two semesters start every academic year in September and in February. During the period with us students spend 3 or 4 days a week at the company, where they take part in extension training, courses, lectures, and they receive the chance of taking on minor or major assignments (“on the job training”). During the remaining 1-2 days a week, they can carry on or complete their studies.
On completion of the course, suitable candidates receive a job offer from the company, therefore allowing them to transplant the theoretical knowledge obtained in the program and during their years of university or college. This is why we expect applications from students who graduate in 2010, respectively, for those who take their finals later, who are prepared to undertake full-time employment with the company after completing their apprenticeship.
