Telekom IT DTO and BSO (Telekom IT)

Telekom IT DTO and BSO has been providing support for DTAG and T-Systems International with operating internal IT systems and processes as well as granting additional highly valued services since 2010. In addition, the PQIT section (Process, Quality and IT) focuses on IT Services Hungary Kft., supplies in-house IT tasks. Our team bears a diverse range of skills and international experiences as well as outstanding language knowledge in German and English languages: 100% of the people speak even one of these languages and 58% speak both. Our company is increasing to keep up with the expanding number of tasks: in Dec. 2012, 67 people worked in the Service Line, as today the numbers of our colleagues has exceed 700.

Telekom IT’s aim is to provide highly valued services and to grant the workforce to support this goal. In this way, the company provides an opportunity for colleagues to develop. Parallel with this, we would like to continue the collaboration with universities in Hungary since we consider it vitally important to nurture and assist gifted young people.

Our Service Line is divided into five different Service Delivery Units (SDU). The five SDUs carry out the following activities:
