Our Service Desk service is a complex package we offer our customers that enables us to correct problems and get our partners working again within a short period of time. We are available by telephone, email, or through an Intranet self-service portal. Our colleagues provide first-level support right from the first moment of contact, which is remote troubleshooting of computers or application errors. For more complex technical problems, we also provide a variety of possible solutions in our other services.

Our staff is ready with high-level language and IT skills and capable of immediate intervention to resolve problems with Exchange, Internet Explorer, Group Share, or SharePoint. Our main profile also includes software maintenance for our clients, which is realised by means of remote installation tools.

A top priority for our customers is data security. To that end, we provide extensive support for Cloud Computing, and security cards and encryption methods are available to our customers for the highest level of security.

Locations: Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs.

Our team of experts have high-level IT skills, English and German language skills, client-oriented soft skills and knowledge of most professional IT infrastructure, and provide our clients continuous availability five working days per week until 6:00 PM.
