Systems Integration (SI)
IT Services Hungary Kft. Systems Integration (SI) division offers comprehensive ICT system integration services and solutions for international clients, primarily German customers. More than a hundred highly skilled developers and testers fluent in German and English work on projects and services that span a number of borders. Our staff hold international qualifications and certifications (PMI/PMP, ITIL Expert, ISTQB AL, SCRUM MASTER) and the organization is CMMI DEV 1.3 Maturity Level 3 certified.
The most important Systems Integration (SI) competences:
Testing
The core business of the Testing and Road Charging Solutions units is software quality assurance. Our software testing professionals participate in projects to provide test management, test planning, and implementation tasks. Their most important testing duties are in information technology systems related to road transport and in the banking and finance sectors, where they typically carry out system integration tests.
AM / AD – Application Maintenance / Application Development
Some of our colleagues working in the areas of AM/AD deal with the planning and design of new applications based on new requirements, while others are devoted to the live operation of applications and support of ongoing development work. That also includes the activities of 2nd and 3rd level support as defined by ITIL V3. Their clients are primarily large international corporate groups, and their most frequently used development technology is Java, but C#, ASP.NET, and special data storage solutions are also not uncommon. Due to the effective cooperation over the past few years, in a number of cases our colleagues have also successfully taken on architect and project lead positions in addition to basic development and testing, which will ensure continued effective cooperation over the long haul.
Our most important client is Deutsche Telekom AG, but our customers outside the group are also largely located in Germany and Austria, so the project language is generally German.
Recently, systems development and support activities are increasingly important for our clients in the automotive sector as well (Business Intelligence and Big Data).
The Systems Integration division provides continuing professional education for our staff in contact with foreign colleagues in their projects. Depending on their work group, they often have the opportunity to work abroad from time to time. The scope of the division’s projects and the development and integration group continues to grow in accordance with the T-Systems strategy.
The helpful, cooperative working atmosphere is rounded out with team building exercises, family days, and a number of other community programs.
