De-Escalation Management

We act as “fire extinguishers” in averting and resolving critical situations endangering our customers, find and eliminate their causes and prevent further possible problems from arising.

We implement, apply and call for a series of good practices within the department to ensure efficient and effective execution of tasks.

Efficiency & Performance

The team members support the achievement of the customer’s goals in a number of ways: they contribute to the work of the Global Resource Management team (by compiling and releasing training videos), lead SixSigma trainings and organize education for the rest of the employees at the company.
