52_cFollowing the opening of our first service centre in Budapest, in June 2007, we opened our second service centre in Debrecen. We decided in favour of Debrecen because we found an emerging and dynamic environment in which we can successfully build a company with talented, motivated young people and professionals.

We opened our first office with 20 people on board. Since then, a lot of new employees have joined us. As a result of our continuous development in the past two years, on a national level, there are more than 1000 colleagues working in Debrecen.


Ready for knowledge

In February 2008 as part of one of our projects, we built a new, high-tech office building located in Tudáspark (“Knowledge Park”). This is a building complex resulting from the cooperation between the university and the business sector.

We were able to occupy our new office building in summer of 2009. As of today, we have more than 1000 employees working in the 10,000 square meter modern office building. On three floors, a total of 1,000 workstations and 5 training rooms, complemented by offices and meeting rooms have been built. On the ground floor, a restaurant can be found, and on the first floor there is a Relax room and a café corner. A unique feature of our office building is the ITSH Gallery located in the lobby, where we hold periodical exhibitions of the works of young artists fromDebrecen.

Our colleagues have access to the open parking lot and bicycle storage facility in front of our office building. Also, our office is easily accessible via the number 50 bus.

We plan to further increase the number of our staff by the end of 2010. The average age of our team is 27. We find unity and team work to be the keys to our success.

It is important to our company that our employees feel good in Debrecen. This is why, in addition to continuous professional and language trainings, we frequently organize team-building trainings, group programs and strive to make the working atmosphere as pleasant as possible.

With our success, we would like to contribute to the development of the city as well. We consider the support of the local community to be important. As a result we place great emphasis on supporting local youth and culture as well as on education. Within the framework of our social responsibility we organize several programs in which we involve our colleagues so that together,we can do good for the environment.
