How do we hire?

It is important for us that your application goes as smooth as possible. We will keep in touch with you throughout the whole hiring process which usually takes approx. 3 to 4 weeks from the moment you send us your apllication until we get back to you with our final decision.

Fill out our application form. You will get an e-mail from us whether your application was successful or not. We only request the most essential things.

 

Test

We'd like to find out more about you and how much you know your field. Solve our tests (as best as you can), so we can meet for an interview.

Interview

We will ask you to participate in at least two interviews. Come prepared, ask us questions, and be sincere. It’s about finding a great match, for both sides.

 

Decision

If you like what you see, and we like what we hear, we’ll officially invite you to join us. If you want to get the sign-on bonus, you have to answer our offer in 48 hours.
