Béla works in OTC Operations in a unique work environment. He works in the Public Cloud area in Hungary but he is not managing end-user applications on an existing Public Cloud platform.
He and his team are deploying and operating the cloud backends, including hardware, computer, storage, physical networking, virtualization, cloud infrastructure services, platform as a service elements like database solutions and higher level value added services, like advanced databases, big data solutions, artificial intelligence, and much more.
He manages the cloud following agile methodology in a self-driven team. There are other teams as well, responsible for the different components of the platform.
Béla has the has flexible working hours and works from home a lot. He has grows with the help of internal and external trainings and studies state-of-the-art leading technology. His compensation package includes 8.33% annual bonus and 270 000 HUF cafeteria.
