Transnational Project Meetings

Kick-off Meeting (November 22. – 23, 2017) was held in Karpatska nadacia in Košice, who is the lead partner of the project.  The main goal of the meeting was to meet up with all the project partners personally, planning of the project activities. Identification of the communication tools as well as of the project partnership principles which are incorporated in the Partnership Agreements.

Second Project Meeting  took place on May 23. – 24, 2017 in T-Systems Slovakia at the company seat in Košice. Apart from the evaluation of the implementation process and current state of the project performance indicators the partners also discussed the process of creating the project intellectual outputs (VPAC and EDC), profile of the pilot target group, dates and contents of the up-coming project activities.

The 3rd Transnational Project Meeting was held from September 18. through September 20, 2017. It was hosted by the German project partner Christliches Jugendorfwerke Deutschland located in the town of Frechen. The visit to CJD, apart from discussing the project management issues, brought us a unique opportunity to make on-sites visits to 3 German organizations which has been successfully integrating people with special needs including young migrants into the German labour market:  CJD Frechen, CJD Herten and GWK.

The 4th transnational project meeting brought us to Debrecen where we visited our Hungarian project partner IT Services Hungary. Besides the planned meeting aganda, such as: project progres report, activitiy plan, intellectual outputs state of the art, multiplication even planning, budget and reporting we got a chance to tour the company and see the facilities equipped for employees with special needs. We were also given a presentation of the CSR activities of the partner with a specific focus on activities for disadvantaged groups (LADDER Project) as well as integration of employees with special needs into the ITSH work environment.
